The animated film that moved the world is brought to life in this Tony-winning musical. Director Julie Taymor uses fantastic full-sized puppets and masks to tell the story of Simba, a lion cub, who, as he grows up, struggles to accept the responsibilities of adulthood and his destined role as king.

In addition to all of the hits from the film, “Hakuna Matata” and “Circle of Life,” the show also features new music by the film’s original composers, Lebo M and Hans Zimmer.
