Changes / Cancellations
We accept payment from a single credit card or single check. We cannot process one group order on multiple credit cards.
Most Broadway theaters do not have elevators or escalators. If someone in your group cannot easily use stairs, we suggest the orchestra section, as it tends to be on the ground floor.
You can visit www.theatreaccess.nyc for more information on ADA seating in Broadway theaters, as well as various other accessibility services for audience members.
Many theaters also offer real-time translations in a variety of languages, to be viewed on your mobile device.
For information about accessibility options for a specific show, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or reach out directly to the theatre.
