To Kill a Mockingbird

Jeff Daniels and Celia Keenan-Bolger in Oscar-winner Aaron Sorkin's adaptation of Harper Lee's Pulitzer-winning novel in a production directed by Tony-winner Bartlett Sher (South Pacific). Set in Alabama in the 1930s, Mockingbird follows Atticus Finch, a small-town lawyer who agrees to defend a black man accused of rape. The story explores how the uproar following Atticus' decision affects his two kids.

Sorkin's plays include A Few Good Men and The Farnsworth Invention. He also created the series The West Wing, for which he won four Emmys. Sher helmed the recent Bway premiere of Oslo, and the classics South Pacific, Fiddler on the Roof and My Fair Lady.

Jeff Daniels' last performance is Nov 3, thereafter Ed Harris will play finch.
